3. Artwork exhibited at public shows may be advertised at a different price than what is depicted on this web site. Show prices are primary but are only valid during the term of the show. Show prices usually include the frame exhibited with the artwork unless specified otherwise. Artworks on this web site are advertised for sale without the frame.
4. All paintings on this web site are original works of art and not reproductions unless clearly indicated otherwise. Dimensions are given in inches unless indicated otherwise. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Photographs and Giclees are digital images printed on quality, heavy stock smooth pearl photographic paper and come unmated and unframed. For a small additional fee they can be mounted on sturdy board to prevent curling and warping. Sizes given for prints and giclees represent the size of the image area alone. Heights and widths are usually an inch greater for prints and giclees.
5. Bob Bickers retains the copyright on all artwork depicted, exhibited or sold, including the artwork on this web site, unless agreed upon otherwise by a signed, written contract transferring the artist's copyright to the buyer in exchange for due consideration. Otherwise, no artwork, photographs, or giclees purchased from Bob Bickers may be copied or reproduced.
